Short Answer
Kora provides contextual walkthroughs, in-app guidance, and comprehensive documentation to help you get started. Support is available through the Help Center, Answer Hub, and direct contact for specific questions about your workflow.
Kora's onboarding is intentionally lightweight: pick your role, link folders if you want, and start. Walkthrough tips can be replayed anytime.
What Onboarding Does
Onboarding helps you choose creator roles (producer, composer, sound designer, etc.), set a primary workflow context (so defaults fit you), choose your primary DAW, link export and project folders (optional), scan folders to import existing context (optional), and grant permissions properly (desktop).
Walkthrough Tips (Replayable)
Kora includes walkthrough steps that appear when helpful, can be dismissed, and can be restarted anytime. This matters because Kora is deep — but Kora should never feel heavy.
Support Philosophy
Kora support should be structured around "first win" onboarding, role-specific guides, system interlock learning ("why it feels cohesive"), and troubleshooting for watch folders and permissions.
The Bottom Line
Kora's onboarding is lightweight and replayable, so you can learn fast without feeling overwhelmed.
