How Do Kora iPhone Widgets Work?
Direct answer: Kora’s iPhone widgets display your most time-sensitive project data — active projects, today’s focus items, and pending deliveries — directly on your home screen or lock screen, without opening the app.
Available widget types
Project Status widget
Shows your highest-priority active projects with current status. Tap to open the project directly in the Kora app.
Daily Focus widget
Displays today’s focus count — how many items are queued, how many are complete. Gives you an instant read on your day before you’ve touched the Mac.
Delivery Alerts widget
Highlights projects with pending deliveries or overdue revisions. Designed to catch anything time-sensitive when you’re away from your desk.
How to add Kora widgets
- Long-press any empty area on your iPhone home screen
- Tap the + button in the top corner
- Search for Kora in the widget list
- Choose your widget type and size
- Tap Add Widget
Lock screen widgets can be added the same way — long-press the lock screen and select Customize.
Widget data refresh
Kora widgets refresh automatically when your workspace syncs. Updates you make on Mac reflect in widgets within moments over an active network connection.
